1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

The product must include all original tags and accessories (if applicable).


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Items purchased on clearance or marked as “final sale”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at info@uaestore.website with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return authorization and instructions.

Package the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors (if available in stock).

Please contact us to check availability before returning your item.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
